Arrábida Dance Labs are a whole week Gathering about dance, contact improvisation, and somatic movement that happens every season (Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter) in a Natural Park close to the beach, at a distância of 35 minutes south way from Lisbon.
In July 2019 I started practicing Contact Improvisation, I love dancing and I found myself enchanted by this practice that arrived in my life so unexpectedly.
After attending a Contact Improvisation Gathering at SerVivo (Palmela) my life started to change importantly and I started to attend more events related to Contact.
In July 2020 I meet finally Pedro Paz and his team of Oficinas Corpo Inteiro and started collaborating with him and his team with the photos and videos of the Arrábida Dance Labs.
I love taking dance photos and videos because of the infinite possibilities hidden in each individual body language
