Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, I ship worldwide.
Although, unfortunately, there are some countries that I can’t ship to due to international laws and regulations. You will confirm if your country is OK to ship at the checkout >> shipping section.
How long does it takes you to ship my product?
At the moment I’m shipping from Lisboa, Portugal and I use the services of the following providers DHL, CTT, CORREOS, and other local shipping services. The items ship certified.
Normally I will ship your item up to 7 working days after its purchase, this time frame applies for existing items up to 1 mt to 1.50 mt size.
For bigger sizes, the time might vary depending on if it has to be shipped on a big custom made wooden crate.
In case of big paintings (from 1.50mts and more) please contact me at info@francafranchi.com before checking out your product to get a better picture of the real time frame for the shipping of the product you are about to purchase.
My shipping rates are calculated at your checkout based on your address and chosen shipping method.
Please be aware that I mark the quoted rates up slightly in order to cover some of my packaging costs.
You will receive an email with tracking information from us when your order ships.
Important notes about your shipping package:
All my artworks and prints ship UNFRAMED and include their Certificate of Authenticity.
You can request a framed/mounted painting as an additional service.
Please send me an email to info@francafranchi.com to get your quotes about framed and mounted pieces.
What if my item gets lost or damaged?
If your product arrives damaged you must need to take pictures of the packaging at the arrival time in the case is broken or opened.
You will also be asked to send photos of the actual product if it presents damages.
Please contact me at info@francafranchi.com to let me know of the damage as soon as possible. Do not forget to include the pictures.
Please keep all the original packaging materials and items included inside your package.
Do you sell prints too?
Yes! I sell prints. Check my shop to see which items are available also as prints.

Do you accept commissioned paintings?
Yes! I accept commissions.
Commissions prices are calculated based on the size, technique, and execution time of the artwork. Shipping prices will be also calculated once the painting is finished and ready to ship.
