As an artist, I'm able to tell visual stories by working with different art disciplines such as photography, filmmaking, visual design, and paintings.
I specialize in creating soulful stories and images that connect the viewer emotionally, my aim is to awake and connect the viewer with the feelings and emotions of the moments I'm capturing.
As an important part of my artistic career, I dedicated more than 10 years to creating beautiful images, or as I prefer to call them "visual memories" at Weddings as an Artistic Wedding Photographer in Venezuela, my native country.
I have also worked for wedding clients in Colombia, Spain, Portugal, and the UK.
In 2016 I decided to move to the beautiful Lisboa, Portugal.
During all these years I have been gathering inspiration in the amazing landscapes and light of Portugal, which has enhanced my aesthetical proposal as an Artistic Wedding Photographer.
I am fully inspired by LOVE, I believe in Love and I honor it, I believe it is the strongest and most powerful force in the Universe and I am committed to using my creative gifts at the service of Love.
At weddings, I have always found one of the most inspirational and spontaneous ways of being at the service of Love and those who believe in it, as much as I do.
When I'm in charge of the memories of a wedding day I consider this as a creative and artistic commission, not just another commercial photo gig.
Weddings are more than a job for me. They are a field of infinite creative possibilities happening in real-time and connected to high-frequency emotions such as Love, Joy, Happiness, Fun.
How can this be taken just as a job? It's way more than that. It's a commitment to honor my client's trust and love by delivering beautiful and high-quality memories in images that aren't just photos but pieces of art.
Working at Weddings is such an important creative experience, that I need to choose which weddings are the right ones for me to book on my agenda and to assume it as a creative challenge.
After all these years, I have also learned that there is an ideal client for me, these clients are the ones that understand well what it means to hire an artist as the photographer of their wedding day, and their ideas and expectations are aligned with the type of service I am going to provide which is based on trust and quality.
To grant us both the best co-creative experience on your Wedding or Love session day, I've created a Client Eligibility method, a practical and easy way to help us achieve amazing results from the very beginning knowing that we are a great match in such an important day.
I can assure you that by doing this we both will have the best co-creation experience trusting that as a result, you will receive the most beautiful and meaningful photographic artwork.
My artistic proposal is based on a fresh and neoclassical aesthetic, which means that the images that I create are spontaneous and born from your natural poses and spontaneous connection and yet, with an aim to obtain elegant, stylized, and at the same time fun and eye-catching images taking care of the composition and the use of light on them.
I like my photos to look more like contemporary expressionistic paintings whenever the light of the scenes allows me to give such an atmosphere, and I love to add some nuances of fashion photography to elevate my visual language.
My work dynamics are based on empathy with the topic and the subjects I'm portraying, taking care of being 100% present with my attention and intention, and connected with the emotions and details of each given moment during the event.
I understand the importance of my role during a once-in-a-lifetime event such as a Wedding day and invest my whole self in honoring this commitment.
I love what I do, and I take seriously that it shows in the products I produce in general.

ARTISTIC WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGES

In this package, I start covering your wedding from the Ceremony moment (Church – Registo or Venue).
All the sessions will be done at the Celebration venue, including the Bride’s portraits.

- 350 Digital memories. Delivery on the Cloud. 5-7 weeks after the event.

The Bridal Portraits will be done at the place she’s getting ready and it will include family and friends that will be at this place keeping her company and helping her.

- Up to three Pre-wedding meetings. First meeting before signing the contract and the following meetings anytime up to one week before the wedding.
- One Love Essay session.
- 12H of service

MY WORKING METHOD
Before booking your date or session:
So, you found me online and you liked my portfolio, you would like your Wedding memories (a.k.a. photos) to be taken by me and the first thing you have read the info about my Client Eligibility method.
You know that we could be a great co-creative team, the next step is to get in contact with me as soon as possible because we need to check if your wedding date is still available on my Wedding’s agenda in 2022 and/or 2023.
We get in contact and if the date is still available we proceed to set a date for our first meet-up in person (ideally) or online, in this meeting we will get to know each other, and talk about your plans and ideas for your wedding day.
Once we have met and sketched a plan for your Wedding commission, will then proceed to sign your contract and book your date.
Dates are only considered booked after the confirmation of the 1st payment.

How is my work during a Wedding day?
I will arrive at the first agreed location at the time we decided that will fit best the creative plan, which usually is the Bride’s home or hotel to begin capturing her makeover and her bridal portraits.
We will head towards the ceremony venue and there I will document the act of marriage, at the end of the ceremony we can have a Portraits session with the friends and family at the venue’s door (i.e. church, register)
At the celebration venue, I will start covering and documenting all the arrival and opening protocols as the decorations and small important details.
Together we will agree on the best time to run the Newlyweds Portrait session (usually this is already agreed on the meeting) and the friends and family session.
Once the sessions are completed, I dedicate myself to start documenting and capturing the moments of joy and fun, and other important details that will happen spontaneously during the event.
My service will end at the time agreed on the contract or it could be extended by request during the wedding day.
CLIENT ELEGIBILITY
Who is my ideal client?

My ideal client believes in equality and inclusion.
I am a very authentic, spontaneous, and friendly person, I am also very respectful of others and I consider us all equals as human beings.
There are no differences for me based on any kind of social status, religion, race, gender identity, or sexual orientation. I really don’t care about titles and possessions, but I do care a lot about human quality.
I believe we all deserve to be treated with kindness and respect.
I do not take or give orders when I’m working, I’m not there to be bossed around, the business relationship that we will have is horizontal as equals, and I will get to know your needs and expectations during the preliminary meeting(s) to make sure that I will do my best to fulfill them during the event without the need of having someone by my side or after me to do my work, but I kindly accept suggestions and last-minute requests of course.
So my ideal client is aligned with my vision of equality and respect for my work method and pace.
My ideal client is hosting a small or medium event.
Because of the nature of my work and the level of attention to detail and connection with the happenings of this day I prefer to attend events up to about 60 guests.
I love to work for clients that are hosting small and intimate events to celebrate and honor their love, events in which every single person invited is someone very meaningful and important for the couple, like the closest friends and most beloved family.
I find in these sizes of events the highest quality of connection and pure emotions between the newlywed couple and their guests, and that kind of connection and emotions that inspire me when I work.
I will be the only photographer (plus my assistant) and this is the ideal volume of people and space for me to be able to work properly and thoroughly.
My ideal client sees me as an ally and as a friendly guest.
When I attend a wedding as an artistic photographer I do not see myself as a regular service provider, and I do not expect to be treated as one.
As I mentioned before Weddings for me are indeed a once-in-a-lifetime amazing opportunity to be present in a field of infinite creative possibilities happening in real-time and connected to high-frequency emotions. An event that would happen just once and I am only able to connect with what is happening in front of me by experiencing it as a part of it.
To be able to create from that perspective I consider me as a friend and a guest of the couple, someone trusted with the most important activity of the event, to portray and document the very ultimate memories of the day.
This means that my ideal client sees me also as an ally, as a new friend, and as a guest and will treat me accordingly. Hence the working relationship will be based on trust and respect, the client will be kind and will trust that I am highly committed to fulfilling my duties at all times that is needed but also will understand the necessary breaks to be part of the event, to hydrate, eat, and rest.
My ideal client understands that I need the freedom to create and trust the creative process.
My service is a creative one, I do not work following a strict and limited plan, together we will sketch a working plan with the key points to follow and from those points, my work will evolve freely. I work in flow and connection with the pace and emotions of the wedding day.
This means that my ideal client will trust that I am doing my best in capturing the most important moments and detail and will give me full freedom to do it.
My ideal client can afford me and understands the real value of my services.
When hiring me, you’re investing in my skills and my style, my packages are priced based on my experience and artistic style, although they have a structure defining service hours, and a minimum of images to deliver, etc, my ideal client knows that the real value of the investment that is doing, it’s on the quality of service and the final product they will receive.
This means that my prices are not negotiable.
I offer different packages, payment plans, and methods to make my services available and affordable for those that want to hire me as their Artistic Wedding Photographer.
My ideal client prioritizes quality over time.
The delivery time of the final product should not exceed more than a month after the event during low wedding seasons (Autumn and Winter), but if it is a high weddings season ( (Spring and Summer) this time could be extended upon agreement depending on the amount of pending work in the post-production queue.
I take my time to work on the post-production of each Wedding’s memories, taking care of giving that extra factor during this stage of the commission which is when the magic touch happens.
My ideal client understands that I take my time to work on the edition in order to be able to provide a very beautiful and meaningful product and that I am committed to delivering it between the agreed lapse of time.
My ideal client hires me to prioritize them.
I do not take random photos during the event requested by any guests for their personal use. If a guest wants their individual portrait taken this request should be made by the client or a designated person to manage this request with me.
This means I am fully committed to being focused on my clients and covering the moments related to their wedding, and that’s my priority.
Guest requests are allowed only if the client or a designated person asks for them.
The client will be responsible and in charge of delivering these photos to their guest after receiving the final product.
